July 2000:
Filming of the video will begin on August 21, lasting five days, in West Hollywood.  Zak will be in almost every scene of the video, both topping and bottoming.  Jim Steele is currently finishing the script, which Zak says sounds like it will be very interesting, although he can't divulge particulars at this point in time.  Zak and the directors are currently in discussions over the next three weeks over who his co-stars will be in the movie.  Release is still intended for end-of-year 2000.

March 2000:
Zak Spears has just announced that he is coming out of retirement. He has signed with Men of Odyssey Video for a film deal for an undisclosed amount. He was enticed out of retirement by a unique deal from Men of Odyssey Video which other studios hadn't been able to reach.  The video will be filmed in the late summer/early fall, with a probable Christmas release. The video will be a full feature, with Zak in every scene. No word yet on who his co-stars will be, what style of video will be done, or what position Zak will be performing as.  Zak will be directed by two directors in the new feature, ChiChi LaRue and Jim Steele, who have both directed him before.  Zak is starting an extensive training program over the next few months, with the goal of reaching around 240 lbs of muscle by the time filming starts.
