WRITE TO ZAK SPEARS!

Unfortunately, Zak underestimated the amount of responses he received when he was posting an open e-mail address on the web - there are a lot of demands on his time and he would have to spend 25 hours a day just answering e-mail - so he asked me to remove it for now.  Although he appreciates everybody's support, he would prefer that if you want to ask questions, you register with the MuscleForums (a free service) and ask the questions on the forum so that all the responses are shared with everybody.

As an alternative, Zak also has a "snail mail" box available so that people can write to him.  He can't promise a response to every letter, but he will read everything that comes into the mailbox.  Please make sure you include your e-mail address in the letter so that Zak can send a response if he wants to.
